This recipe is a quick stir fry with onions and chilies and goes amazing with pita bread and some cheese sauce! Cheesy Beef tenderloin tips
Beef tenderloin tips – 5
Red chili flakes-1tsp
Minced garlic – 1tsp
Red wine vinegar-1/2tsp
1)Cut the beef tips into thin slices. Season with salt and pepper. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
2)Meanwhile, slice up some onions and green chilies.
3)Heat up a pan with some olive oil. Add the minced garlic and ginger. Sauté till golden brown. Then add the onions and green chilies. Add some salt, pepper, dried tarragon and red chili flakes. Cook till the onions turn translucent.
4)Now add the sliced beef tenderloin tips and sauté for about 4-5 minutes. Add the red wine vinegar and lemon juice for some zing and zestiness. Sauté for a couple of minutes more.
5)Serve it on a warm pita bread and top it off with some melted cheese sauce. Enjoy! :
