An easy stir fry that can be made in about 15 minutes, once you have all the ingredients assembled. You can use any other protein like boneless chicken, fish, beef or pork instead of Italian fennel sausages, if they are not readily available. Adjust the ingredients according to your taste.

Cabbage, peas and Italian sausage stir fry
INGREDIENTS:
Italian fennel sausages-2
Cabbage-1 cup
Peas – 1 cup
Fish sauce-1tbsp
Pepper
Red chili flakes-1tbsp
Red wine vinegar-1tsp
Minced garlic – 1tbsp
Minced ginger – 1tsp
Soy sauce – 1tsp
Oil
PREPARATION:
1)On a pan, heat up some oil. Once hot, add the red chili flakes and minced garlic and ginger. Saute for a few minutes till golden brown.
2)Cut some Italian sausages into small pieces. Then add the Italian sausage pieces to the pan and saute till it turns a bit darker and is almost cooked, for about 7-10 minutes on medium heat.
3)Add some pepper, fish sauce, soy sauce and red wine vinegar. Mix well and then add some sliced cabbages and peas to the mixture. Mix well. Cook for another 10 minutes on medium such that the cabbages still have a bit of the crunch. Add more of any other ingredients if required after tasting. Serve as shown. Enjoy! 🙂
