Fried Phool Makhana (Foxnuts)

Fried foxnuts (phool makhana) and peanuts

Foxnuts – 1 cup
Peanuts – 1 cup
Garlic powder-1 tsp
Lime juice-1 tbsp
Onion powder-1 tsp
Parsley leaves
Dried Red chilies-5

1)Fry some peanuts and dried red chilies on a pan with some oil. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and mix well.
2)Then once the peanuts are crisp and fried, add the foxnuts on another pan and fry with some butter, salt and pepper. Mix well.
3)Add this to the peanut pan mixture and mix well. Add some lime juice and fresh parsley and saute for another 5 minutes till the parsley is crisp as well. Add any other ingredients if required. Serve as shown. Enjoy! đŸ™‚
