Burnt buttered garlic spaghetti with a grilled chicken quarter
INGREDIENTS:
Spaghetti-250gm
Chicken quarter-1
Garlic cloves-7
Salt
Pepper
Butter-2tbsps
Onion powder
Lime juice-1 tsp
Italian seasoning -1 tbsp
Parsley leaves
Oil
PREPARATION:
1)Boil the spaghetti in salt and water for about 10 minutes after the water starts boiling. Once done, drain the water out and keep the spaghetti aside.
2)Season the chicken with lime juice, salt and water. Then add oil and butter to a pan and heat it up a bit. Then add the garlic cloves. Saute till the garlic cloves are brown in color.
3)Take the cloves out of the pan and add Italian seasoning and pepper to the remaining garlic flavored oil. Mix it and then add the chicken quarter to the pan and fry it on both sides for about 5 to 7 minutes each side.
4)Now add the chicken on a baking pan and bake it at 375°F for about 20 minutes or till completely cooked. This is done to make sure the inside of the chicken is cooked well.
5)Then season the pasta with some butter, salt and pepper. Mix well. Then plate as shown with the chicken, garlic cloves and parsley. Enjoy! 🙂
