Lemon butter garlic chicken wings
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken wings-250gms
Fresh lemon juice-1tbsp
Butter – 1/4 stick
Pepper
Salt
Garlic powder-2tbsps
Onion powder-1tbsp
Cayenne pepper-1tbsp
Fresh parsley leaves
PREPARATION:
1)In a bowl, add the chicken wings. Then add some salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, pepper and some fresh lemon juice. Cost the chicken wings well with the above mentioned seasonings. Let it marinate for about an hour.
2)Then make a dip of butter, garlic powder and some finely chopped parsley. Mix well. Coat the chicken with it.
3)Now bake the chicken wings on a baking tray at 400°F for about 30 minutes. Flip at the halfway mark and coat the sides with the butter mixture.
4)Once cooked, place it on the plate and add some more of the butter mixture on top. Serve as shown with some fresh parsley and a slice of lemon. Enjoy! 🙂
